    Porte provides access to a network of 40,000+ fee-free in-network MoneyPass ATMs.1 These ATMs can be found at nearby stores, including CVS Pharmacy®, Walgreens®, 7-Eleven® and more. You can also take advantage of no-fee cash withdrawals up to $500 per day at ACE Cash Express stores when you have qualifying Direct Deposit.4

    Fees may apply when using out-of-network ATMs, including Allpoint or Visa Plus Alliance ATMs. To find a surcharge-free ATM near you, download the Porte mobile app and tap “Locations” from the dashboard. You can also search using our ATM locator.

    1. No ATM owner surcharge or ATM Cash Withdrawal Fees for domestic ATM withdrawals at MoneyPass® ATMs (“in-network ATMs”). Visit the Porte Mobile App for a list of in-network ATMs. All other ATMs may apply an owner’s surcharge fee in addition to the ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee disclosed in your Deposit Account Agreement. Balance Inquiry Fees apply.

    3. Add money fee is waived at participating ACE Cash Express locations if you have received a qualifying direct deposit (no dollar minimum) within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days. Make up to $500 in fee-free cash withdrawals per day from your Porte account by using your debit card at participating ACE Cash Express locations. $500 total is calculated based on all withdrawals performed at all ACE Cash Express locations visited in a day. A direct deposit (no dollar minimum) to the account within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days is required. See store for details. Although this feature is available at no additional charge with qualifying direct deposit, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account.     5. There is a $3.95 fee to order a replacement card. You can order a replacement card through the Porte app or by calling Customer Service at 800-267-7080. You can visit your nearest ACE Cash Express store location to receive an instant issue replacement card, which doesn’t have an EMV chip, the same day, subject to store inventory. If your card has been lost or stolen, immediately report it through the Porte app or by calling Customer Service at 800-267-7080 to deactivate the card and order a replacement card free of charge.
